Order Processing:

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your camping gear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Our Return Policy:
- Return Period: 15 days from the date of receipt
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons and according to legal regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
